--The Raptors have scored more than 100 points in every game they've played this season, but they've given up more than 100 four times -- and more than 120 in back-to-back games.

--The 36 points scored by Manu Ginobili in San Antonio's victory Monday were the most a bench player has ever scored against Toronto. The previous mark was 35, by Phoenix's Leandro Barbosa.
