The Toronto Raptors plan to keep Italian guard Marco Belinelli for another season. The Raptors exercised the fourth-year team option on Belinelli's contract Thursday, two days before the deadline. Belinelli, whose contract is now guaranteed through the 2010-11 season, was the 18th pick in the 2007 NBA draft and acquired by Toronto in an off-season trade with the Golden State Warriors.
The 23-year-old scored 10 points in 19 minutes in Wednesday's season-opening win over the Cleveland Cavaliers.
